Unique Incentive and Travel Opportunities

Adventure Travel and Outdoor Team Building

Whether you're a board member, CEO, COO, sales executive or entrepreneur you understand that team development is the key to sustained success. You need people who can think outside of the box - and that means you need team motivation that can survive new and unfamiliar situations. That's why outdoor team building at new, exotic destinations can take your staff to the next level of productivity.

Experiential Team Building is the key. We use the "Xpeerience" as a metaphor for work. We'll hold short leadership workshops throughout the week to draw a parallel between the day's team development activities and your workplace. This turns your group's adventures into solid training. Whether they worked together on a boat, on the beach or in a conference room, they'll come away with a larger vision of how each experience matters to their work - and how they built a superior team spirit.

Best of all, outdoor team building activities turn your staff's assumptions about training and teamwork on their heads. Going to a tropical destination doesn't feel like "training" - it feels like a reward. We ensure that your team development program is fun and productive. When executive relationships evolve into a genuine bond, every member of the team becomes an innovator and proactive contributor to your organization's success.
