Robert Ortali is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years' experience helping companies, individuals and community groups achieve success and balance.

As president of several venture capital firms, Robert has helped other entrepreneurs launch their business, raise capital, formulate realistic and successful business plans, build successful management teams and watch their dreams become reality.

In 1990, Robert founded Vanguard Capital Growth Inc., which provides a full array of corporate finance and advisory services for key players in the real estate and hi-tech business world. Vanguard works with management teams to develop and implement business and marketing strategies, public offerings, private placements, investor relations programs, board governance and overall growth strategies with a positive business dynamic. To further develop his business acumen, Robert is currently enrolled at McMaster University, Directors College.

Looking for a way to incorporate his love of sport into his business life, Robert co-founded Conquest Sports and Soccerworld at The Docks in 2002. Soccerworld provides leading edge programs for competitive and recreational athletes of all ages, in addition to building and managing sports facilities for soccer, ultimate Frisbee, rugby, lacrosse and baseball.

It's unrivalled sports programs for soccer and baseball use a holistic approach to provide a safe yet energized environment where the athlete can develop his or her full potential.

Affirming his commitment to community and sport, Robert is a 10-year volunteer with the Unionville-Milliken Soccer Club. As a Board Member, Robert was instrumental in turning around a struggling organization. With a long-term development team, new club constitution and revitalized volunteer program, the club and its programs are now growing.

Robert is a proud father of two well-rounded young adults, Vanessa and Marc, and believes that overall success in life means being involved equally in family, community and business.

Having achieved success, balance and satisfaction in his own life, Robert is pleased to introduce the Xpeerience Group program in Toronto in 2006 to help others similarly succeed.
